How do I print my tickets on my computer?
Tickets will be e-mailed to you as an attached PDF file. Save the attachment onto your computer. You now have your tickets stored. Print them now or later. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 (free) and a printer (any ink-jet or laser printer with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print tickets). All tickets have a unique number sequence, so duplication is prohibited. Once you arrive, you must present your ticket and a valid picture ID to gain entrance.

What are the benefits of printing my tickets on my computer?
1) You get your tickets right away. No will-call lines or mail delivery to wait for. 2) You can print them at your convenience.

Will this ticket be accepted for the event?
Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash and protect it just like you would any other ticket! All tickets have a uniqe number sequence. In addition, the name of the purchaser will be printed on the ticket as well. Once you arrive, you must present the ticket AND a valid photo ID to gain entrance. If more than one copy were to arrive with the same number sequence, the name on the ticket will be compared against a valid photo ID. If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the ID, you will not gain entry.

What if I get disconnected or experience other problems?
If you have not received your tickets via e-mail: Please email ticket services at losttickets@vixeninternational.com. Explain what happened and we will help you with your order. If you have received your tickets: 1) Click the link that came with your e-mail, or copy and paste that link into your web browser. 2) Save to your hard drive. 3) Try to print your tickets again.

No. At this time, all advance sales are delivered via the print at home method.

What do I do if I've lost my Print at Home printed ticket?
You may print another ticket, however, only the first ticket presented for entry will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive with the same number sequence, the ticket will be null and void.

Once I have purchased my tickets, can I request a refund?
No, all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
